It is week two of the Five Week Focus—Vitalize Christ-Centered Worship.
What does it mean to vitalize Christ-centered worship?
To answer this question we might start with the word vitalize. Dictionaries define vitalize as “give life, strength, and energy to.” With this in mind, we may then ask how we can give more life, strength, and energy to our own Christ-centered worship during these challenging times?
We found this familiar and encouraging video (click here) from President Nelson to help each of us find our own answers to this question. We invite you to watch, ponder, record, and act on any impressions you may receive.
“As followers of Christ, we are not spared challenges and trials in our lives. We are often required to do difficult things that, if attempted alone, would be overwhelming and maybe impossible. As we accept the Savior’s invitation to “come unto me,” He will provide the support, comfort, and peace that are necessary… Even in our deepest trials, we can feel the warm embrace of His love as we trust Him and accept His will. We testify the Savior is there for us and waiting with outstretched hands. This week may each of us reach a little higher, focus a little better, and come unto Him. As we do so, He will help us, and we will feel closer to Him. We will find more peace and joy in our lives.
