Many of you will remember the pre-pandemic Church announcement of new Children and Youth emblems.
We would love for all 18-year-olds in Rocklin and Granite Bay to earn and receive the Children and Youth crystal. This emblem of achievement is awarded to youth who are trying to become more like the Savior by striving to:
- Study the scriptures and pray daily.
- Be worthy of a limited-use temple recommend.
- Participate in Sabbath meetings, quorum or class work, and seminary.
- Work on goals in each area of growth.
- Serve others in a personally significant way, which could include a service project.

That last bullet point is something we think we can help with! There are many local projects on the JustServe app or JustServe.org that will help our youth meet the service project requirement. We encourage you to utilize JustServe as a resource and blessing to your youth, family, and our community.
