We’re excited to announce that the Roseville Galleria has been selected as one of 24 locations worldwide that will host the Giving Machines during this Christmas season. Three Giving Machines will be installed at the mall, inside, at a premium location, at an entrance where 20,000–30,000 shoppers a day enter the mall. The Roseville Galleria averages close to 80,000 shoppers a day during the holiday season.
The Giving Machines will be operational from Nov 19, 2022 – Jan 2, 2023. Along with Stakes from all around the greater Sacramento area, we’ll be asked to volunteer as hosts to cover 3-hour shifts, 7 days/week, during mall hours. It is anticipated we’ll need approximately 800 volunteers to cover all shifts.
The Giving Machines give our community, and our members, the opportunity to select and purchase needed products from four selected, and vetted, area charities, as well as three international charities, selected by Latter-Day Saints Charities.
