The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently hosted the 2nd annual Crystal Apple Awards. The Crystal Apple Awards is a community event recognizing area high-school teachers doing good in the community and was held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 2610 Sierra Meadows Drive in Rocklin, CA.
Nominations were submitted by students. Teachers were selected from Rocklin, Whitney, and Granite Bay High Schools and from John Adams Academy. Each teacher was presented and honored by one of the nominating students.
Thank you so much to all who participated! What a great way to connect our community and honor these deserving teachers. Awardees were so touched to be recognized and we know this will continue to be a positive experience for teachers, administrators, city members and students too!
